Re-certified
Been working hard and studying after work since December of 2022. It took a month to renew my Public Notary license. Following a grueling month long 40 hour renewal course on Real Estate. Why renew these licenses if I am in the Tech Field. It is great to have a Plan B and C all the way to Z. It is great to have other potential sources of income in case something were to happen to your primary source of income. In the near future I plan on joining a Real Estate firm and try it as a part time job on top of my day job for extra cash. Just the sales experience alone has given more insight on better refining my customer service and negotiating skills.
