Garage Upgrade

Having to share one remote to open up the garage for groceries is tedious.  I saw this video and found it simple to where I should try it at my home.  Purchased the MEROSS adapter during Black Friday which was about low to mid 30 dollars.  The good thing was that we still had the manual for the Craftsman Garage door opener.  Followed the video and noticed the rail would not accommodate the rail sensor.  We installed the cable on the wood beam that runs parallel to the rail.  The phone app was easy to install.  The phone app was installed on the rest of the family phones and now everyone has access.  The cool thing is we get notifications of when its open and when its closed.  Definitely worth the upgrade.
