Octoprint

Repurposed my Raspberry PI 3B Retropie to Octoprint. As I was getting more into 3D printing. Many articles have pointed to Octoprint. Octoprint is an operating system that connects to your 3D printer via USB Cable. Instead of copying the .stl files onto a micro sd card and move it over to the 3D printer and vice verse.

With Octoprint you get more analytics on the printing. Remotely view the print from outside the home for those long prints. Connecting a webcam to do time lapse videos and double as a AI monitor to stop prints when they are failing. Octoprint is opensource and has tremendous plugins and themes.
